1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 120+ countries/regions globally, including the UK, EU, U.S., Canada, and Australia. Remote areas (e.g., Scottish Islands, remote U.S. territories) may incur surcharges—you’ll get a checkout alert if applicable.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders dispatch from our Wallington facility (14, Raleigh Avenue, Wallington, SM6 8HE, England) or partner warehouses.
  • Timeline: 1-2 business days (UK); 3-6 business days (EU); 5-8 business days (U.S./Canada); 7-10 business days (Australia).
  • Protective Packaging: All sunglasses come in hard cases + padded envelopes, placed in rigid boxes to avoid lens scratches or frame damage during transit.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over £40 / US$50 (applies to all sunglasses styles).
  • Orders under the threshold: £3.99 (UK); £7.99 (EU); £10.99 (U.S./Canada); £12.99 (Australia) (includes protective case packaging).
  • Express Shipping: £15.99 / US$20 extra for 2-3 business days delivery (UK/EU/U.S. only—select at Shopify checkout).
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once shipped. Check status in your Shopify account or our “My Orders” page. For delayed deliveries (over 4 days) or damaged packaging, email viola_pinkie_8z@icloud.com with photos.
5. Key Notes
  • Customs Duties: International orders may incur duties—paid by the recipient per local regulations.
  • Address Accuracy: Provide full details. Wrong addresses cause delays—£6 / US$8 re-shipping fee applies.
